I was once sent a S/H Tokai from Japan in a loose box with loads of bits of screwed up newspaper in it... The seller hadn't even taken the neck off... Amazed ity arrived in one piece...

Aye I've been on the receiving end of some shoddy packaging over the years too. Once got a Marshall JCM 800 with no back plate to cover the tubes, and no packing at all - the postage label was just stuck on the side of the head.

I would ship the Kramer with the neck unbolted if it's not going in a hard case.

I put it up for £400 expecting to get bid in the bollocks. I couldn't bring myself to offer it for the pure bargain price as I don't particularly want to sell it, it's just I have 3 electrics and I only use 2 of them with any regularity.
