If you want caffeine to work for you then give it up weeks in advance. No help now I know.
The first week of no caffiene was horrible, pillow drenching night sweats, irritibility, etc.
But thank fuck that was done, I sleep somuch better now I drink only decaf. And when I needed a boost on Paris-Brest-Paris then it really worked when I had a full on coffee.
