Thanks, I'm sorted for this now.
I'm already on a 49T ring, with 15T sproket at the moment, my bike was always on that... But I just bought especially a 50T ring (from Countryboj this morning actually, nice meeting you, nice Cannondale!!) Then I had a spare 16T sprocket so all is good on that department now.
Checked BB height and I'm spot on at 11inches.
Just a matter of sourcing tyres this WE and I can't see why the MBK shouldn't be legal. We'll see what coaches say, I booked with bike hire so all options are covered.
