If it's you who has trained all your life to compete in the Tour and you're sitting on the deck with a popped wrist I think you'd struggle to care about the why and focus on the who.

Like that dickhead in the Giro that got his sunnies chucked because he was too busy running in front of his favourite rider and blocked Rolland. Idiot, yes, malice, no, total penis, definitely.
