The IP address the post is claimed to be made from falls within a netblock registered to DMG Media Limited (ORG-DML6-RIPE) / Associated Newspapers (ORG-AN42-RIPE) which serves amongst other things the www.eveningstandard.co.uk web site.
The full list of names published against this address (almost certainly done by the networking guys at Associated Newspapers) is
Just looks like someone with access (legitimate or otherwise) to that web server farm or load balancer, whatever it is that sits behind that address, was using it to troll.
