Whack them in the oven at 110C on a rack over some water in a roasting tray sealed super tight with foil to stop any evaporation for 4 hours then remove, put up oven to 200c and douse in BBQ sauce of your choice for 20 minutes with foil off or so to get a crust then add more sauce.
