Not too bad. Doable on 70GI if you don't mind some short stretches of tacking on the steeper ramps. That presumes you come up the B road out of Glossop. The Woodhead Road is easier on the gradient pretty busy most of the time. Challenging even for an experienced cyclist.

Ah, okay. Thanks. I'm currently running 52/17 so it might be a struggle. I may have a 42t chainring knocking about that would make things easier...
