Never made Guacamole before, anyone have any good recipes?
I always like guac when it's a little spicy and very garlicky.

Looks like it should be pretty good, it's at Olympia so I'm guessing it's pretty big.
Hoping it's gonna be like a trade show where there's loads of stuff you can try.
