I work on Eastcheap in the city and I'm thinking of popping down to Lower Thames Street to watch the TdF pass by on Monday.
Do I have any realistic chance of seeing anything if I turn up shortly before the riders come through, or am I doomed to stand there for five hours holding in a wee in order to get a decent spot?
