My upstairs neighbour's flat sold under a year ago for 380k I thought that was a good enough price for me to sell mine at so I have been working to do the place up for several months now. My across-the-hall neighbours much smaller flat is now on sale for 450k. Mine is nicer than either. Only the flooring and paint in two rooms to finish after next week. But that's going to be a pain in the arse.
