I'm currently experiencing the opposite feeling. Our development has a lovely old building outside the front which, when the site was underdevelopment, was approved to be a restaurant. It appears that since they've sold all the units, they're currently trying to change the planning permission to allow a fucking tesco. No only would it be sitting directly at the front of our development, i would actually go underneath some peoples flats!! If it gets approved it will wreck several local businesses and definitely destroy the increase in price my flat has seen in the last 12 months. Fucksocks.
