OK question for you: How can I identify frame tubing? I've bought Roxy's tiny Cougar, it has Columbus dropouts front/rear, no Reynolds stamp in the fork lug (it has a cougar stamp so it's Dolan era) so it's likely Columbus tubing...but not guaranteed.
And what tubing, SL/SLX...can it be Reynolds or Tange still... how do I measure? As tubing sets pages seem to give international diameters but I've nothing to measure butting.
