Yep that went just fine and have accepted an offer that was above asking price already.
Don't have the mortgage approved just yet but should be next week hopefully.
Atm sorting out the legal representation and that side of it.
Got our offer(below asking price) accepted on the place we are looking to buy which is nice.
And make no mistake, it's my wife that handles most of this buying/selling since she is smart and organized.
I pay half the bills/mortgage and lift heavy things and that's about it.
