what's that equate to in mm-0.8 or something?

Bought some off the forum 'done max 1000 miles' and there's about 1mm wear, which seems a lot. I queried before purchase and was sent a blurry photo, which I said was pretty useless, but would trust that it was light wear.

Tempted to bump them back in the post.

Pop something flat against the surface and take a photo then post it here.

Miles Ridden isn't really a good indicator for rim life though, so I'm not sure what basis you'd have to send them back, unless they are completely shot.
