Hmm, yeah, its a crap-shoot, but if we want to do the whole CSB thing the missus got about 4000k out of her Supremes, then punctured once and replaced them with a fresh pair. Rather than bin them, I used them on the SSCX Talbot, and I'm about 1000km down the line on them without issue.
If I wanted a lighter, every day tire I'd go for a Rubino Pro though - £20.
