I've been out of the loop / out of the city so don't have special recommendations concearning exhibitions or museums right now, sorry.
Berlin's a visually interesting city though -
if you're in Wedding, you might just go two stops with the Ringbahn (circle line), clockwise, to "Schönhauser Allee", there's a vegan supermarket nearby, Veganz.
Wander south from there, towards Mitte (center of the city).
On your way you can check out Fast Rabbit for a vegan snack.
Go down Schwedter Strasse to "Zionskirchplatz" for example, there's Die Weinerei where you can get really good coffee and fantastic vegan cake for cheap.
