Normal rules of engagement are enter the park at Yorks gate and then meet at the first big gate you come too within the inner circle at 6:30ish
Then proceed back out to the outer circle for counter clockwise laps until your legs explode, obeying red lights with extreme prejudice.
In reality you turnup find no one else shows, go out and join whatever group you can hangon it.
I've got a swimming lesson tomorrow, so i won't be there.
