  • ^^ Love that..

  • right down to the valve caps

  • ^^^^ Really nice. I sometimes think black forks look a bit out of place on a different colour frame, but the black seat stays balance this out really well.

  • Quality difference is negligible, pick the ones which are the right colour.

    Tiagra it is then!
    Cheers tester

  • 2nd frame of 2014, after Fort was sold I have been riding the Claud Butler for about a week now. Rides extremely nicely but I think it's time for me to finally admit it's way too small for me.

  • The cb looks too small for you.

Still don't understand your need to change frames, do you feel pressure to keep up with your peers?

It may be a bit too small but we'll see. I doubt it'll be too small to be uncomfortable.

    TM, doth you not read?

Were you saving those or did you go and find them?!!

  • He was savin' em.

    How long is that stem?

  • It's finished, at least for now.

  • Yep, that looks fantastic.

Only little touch for me would be removing the white line from the stem.

  • I think the line matches the line on the Dorico seatpost? Main triangle welded, the rest brazed? Anyhow, looks really smart and simple!

  • The line does not match the Dorico seatpost as it's LTD version and I'm thinking of removing the white line from the stem.
Main triangle and chainstays are welded and the rest is brazed.

  • bought a syntace p6 carbon hiflex seatpost for my road bike, will see if it feels better on longer rides

  • Thanks guys. Really pleased how build finally turned out.

  • Finally took a picture of track bike.

  • New bars?

  • Yeah, saw them for sale, really cheap and thought I'll try them, if I don't like them - could sell on for the same price. I do like them.

    What? No CUNT sticker? Son...

  • CUNT sticker is so 2012.

  • Yeah, saw them for sale, really cheap and thought I'll try them, if I don't like them - could sell on for the same price. I do like them.

    look good

  • yeah looks ace.

  • I'm looking for a strong 27,2x400mm seatpost for my mountainbike. My current Bontrager one bent back a bit and almost fucked up my frame.
I don't like to spend much money to buy a thompson and I don't care much about the weight.
    Will this be good: http://www.rose.nl/artikel/xtreme-pro-double-bolt-zadelpen/aid:34927

    That stem - how long?

  • ^ just a rebounded Kalloy as far as I can tell. Will weight a bit but should be solid as a rock.

Just keep trawling around for a second hand Thomson.
