Did a few hours in regents yesterday knowing the freds;chumps and dentists would of taken advantage of sunday's sunny weather but another afternoon there noway.

If people are keen, meet 6:30 outside the Ice arena, could do the route on the first post or the hillier, longer route I did with Ludwig and others a couple of weeks ago, I'll stick both in my Garmin.

Pub in Roydon via Matching Green. 22.15h or 23.15h twenty minutes to Seven Sisters. Caz can have lemonade. Can not do sadly.

I don't know if people want to get into trains and shit, but I could navigate that if the demand's there.
