Hi Viz, hard hat wearing Clear Channel employee manning some tediously unfunny billboard that required the services of a crane on the kennington road / westminster bridge road, cheerily conforming to every stereotype about 'tradesmen' by openly ogling women/girls crossing the road, one of which couldn't have been older than 12. creepy.
