All this cramping business with plenty of time left - was it our players not being fit enough or their tribute to a crocked Lewin?
There is a serious point though. Holland made much after the Spanish game about how fit they are. There's no point being anything less if you plan on going deep into a tournament. Last night was a late kick off, yet we had players down with as much as 20 minutes left. Next game's earlier I think, so should be hotter.
