I'm thinking of this so far. Not sure on brakes yet and pedals aren't on there, nor is wheel weight. Not that it'll be light. Will be a 1x9 drive train with Alfine cranks. I may change my mind and go 2x9, especially considering as I have to buy 2 bar end shifters as they only come as pairs :-(
