I can't point you to particular courses in London but I know some Uni's up here do them as pre-engineering courses designed to let you enter the second year of a degree if for example, you haven't got the required grades at A level-I know Strathclyde has one that runs Jan to August.
There's also the Open University which does engineering/maths courses by distance learning.
