  • I think they are just integrated headsets, should just be a case of stripping it and chucking new bearings in (45/45 campy spec) and putting it back together the the same way.

  • Building a FGFS bike but want info on gear ratios. Want the bike versatile enough to pull tricks but also suitable for general riding. I am hopeless with ratios so any advice welcome.
