  • Finally have found a saddle that is nearly perfect - so far. It's a Selle Italia SLS Kit Carbonio. Bought it because because I've wanted to try an SLR for a while and the SLS is meant to be same shape base, just budget oriented (paid £36).
    It has decent flex, nicely contoured around sit bones/thigh interface and a firm flat nose. Question though, now I want one on all my bikes. For the good one should I splash out for some version of a SLR - apart from weight ~80g is there any reason to buy the expensive version. If anyone has direct comparison experience it would be great to hear. Not the flow versions though - loads of that chat on other internets.
