I dunno, it doesn't really make sense to me that you can reclaim sponsorship money from Armstrong. The benefit to a company of sponsorship isn't really affected by whether he's doping, so long as no one knows he's doing it. So USPS got the benefit of him winning in exchange for funding the team.
You could argue that in hindsight, now that people know he's doping, the past sponsorship could damage USPS. But I think that's bollocks. It served to promote USPS at that time and I can't imagine anyone's not using them as a result of Lance Armstrong revealing the extent of doping. And I certainly can't see it doing 100 million dollars worth of damage.
Seems a little unfair, but then again, Armstrong's got form at unfair
