Its old. For carbon anyway, that naked finish was on Wiliers about 2004-06. Which is prehistoric in carbon terms ;)

Hi, I bought this to use as parts to update my 60s Flandria that is falling apart but after using it for a while it's far to good to mess with! I have tried doing research and spent many hours staring at Google images, to no avail but hope someone out there will put me right!
Clues:
8971 (consistent with Chas Roberts numbering but I can't find anything like it?)
Cast Reynolds BB with brazed on cable guides
735 on top of Seat Tube (assume the angle)
Campanolo dropouts (stamped)
Sweet rear brake cable routing in top tube (like Pinarello?) where you only thread the inner.
Dainty diamonds on brake bridge and bottle lugs
Seat tube 27.2mm
The BB is 68mm wide and the Hollowtech I removed is a 37 x24, so English
Removed the forks, they also have Campo dropouts the fork Steerer tube is 1" Diameter with no other markings? All in weighs 8kg without the Bag!
Grateful for any advice or suggestions
Thanks

I think probably not, looks like it has two adjustable cups for fine chain line adjustment? /maybetalkingoutmyarse

That's what I thought, but wanted to double-check I wasn't buying a stripped shell.
Thanks.

Do you have a close up of the hub and valve hole?

Hey guys,
can you help me identify this frame? Original lacquer was poorly painted over (meh), especially chainstay and seatstay (chromes :<). Pics in higher res here:
I think it might be Enik Tourmalet (but rear droput is really short) or Edi Strobl? Any help appreciated!

looks to me like Oria tubing, by someone like Dancelli.
Do you know the seat post size? -
• #4014
it's 25,4 mm.

Shimano dropouts?

Shoot, I don't know... Any ideas?

Oria tubing. Mid level offering likely from an Italian builder

Thanks for Your input! I found this frameset, it's pretty close:

What do You think? Can't find any more info on Allegro[?] frames, because of Allegro.pl that disrupts all my search in Google.
Anyway, paint job looks the same, so do droputs.

Yes but yours won't be Aelle. Aelle is usually 26.8 seat post.
Maybe also look at Peugeout early 90s -

Hilly Ben thanks a lot, You helped me to get on the right track. The frame is 99% Allegro Strada, first thing monday I'm gonna measure seatpost again, because propably my friend made a mistake while he was doing that and told me the measurements of another bike.
Cheers!

Anyone knows any details about this Raleigh frameset?
-
• #4022
^ I reckon thats a 1993 (or around that time, I think the wishbone rear end was on the early ones) Raleigh Team Dynatech with Reynolds 2070 tubing (similar to 653 but not butted) built by the SBDU department, see if the serial number starts with SB
-
• #4023
The series number says BO 2256?
-
• #4024
Not sure about the B ,the 'O' perhaps month of November, the 1st '2' could most likely be the year, so Nov, 1992, (but this method was the old way).
They were really weird when it came to serial numbers, G was for a Gazzelle built Raleigh etc, I've seen a J serial number which was a SBU build sold in the US but usually they were marked SBedit: could the 'O' be a 'C'? if so I reckon I know what it is

Does anyone knows anything about this frame?
The BB is an italian, an size is 59cm.
Under the crappy black coating is a nice winered color shining through, it seems that the complete frameset was red.
Anybody have an idea what model or year this Wilier is?
