^ Do you mean electrolytes? I'm not expert in the complexities of intra/extra-cellular electrolyte balances, and obviously none of us are the same, but I think you'd have to take A LOT of these vits and minerals in order to see those symptoms you cite, surely?
Especially since sports drinks are usually used to combat dehydration. Two tabs per day doesn't sound enough to be causing fluoro pee or diarrhea. I take much stronger/purer forms of B vits and electrolytes every day and have never had those symptoms. That's not to say fluctuations aren't dangerous - I also have weekly blood tests to monitor levels as dips in Potassium especially can be really bad.
WjPrince - have you tried having just one per day and seeing what happens? Perhaps also get your bloods checked?
