I've got into the habit of having one lime and lemon tab in 750ml of water when I get to work and another of the same after lunch.
In the last week I've also had a pretty consistent dose of the slips/the squits/the slops/the shits.
Are these things related?
I seem to remember from low sugar sweet wrappers that regular consumption of some sweetners can send your guts to jelly.
Same sorta deal maybe...?
