What time is it? Watches and horology

Advice please.

I ordered a leather bracelet direct from Steinhart for my Ocean Black about a month ago. Not too expensive, only about £23 worth. Paid my money, got the standard 8-12 working days to despatch email. I Waited...
Then had an email saying it had been shipped (no tracking) on the 20th May. I Waited... Still waiting... It still has not arrived! I have tried contacting Steinhart but with no response/reply. Other than being rather miffed, what can I do about it?

Long shot but there have been 2/3 bank hols in europe this month and bridge days between. So it may well be that it is late because of that?
I would give it another week but also write them an email saying you're pretty dissappointed in the service.
