They aren't. I guess Sheldon isn't doing many updates to his comic posts these days. Why would you feel that Foffa deserves a place? Glorification of confectionery masturbation?

I imagine Wiggle and BikeBiz might be better able than I to answer why Foffa should go on the naughty list.
