Well let's be clear... name-calling isn't explicitly against any rules... it's just a bit immature and childish.
Just because you can all do it, doesn't mean you should. And at some point I do get tempted to apply the notion of "community standards", which is the extremely vague magic wand that I get to wave and ban people on the basis that they smell or something.
