Cheapest waterproof overshoes I can find on eBay... In the hope that buying them helps me find one of the two pairs floating around in my room!It worked, found them! :-/
URL shorteners don't help the forum, because it can't see that they point to affiliated sites and rewrite the target URL to something which lets the target site see that the sale originated from LFGSS
It's the shortening given by the eBay app when you select text link, does it still not work?

I can't see how ebay would know that the browser arrived at the item via LFGSS
Using the proper link http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/111354036986 it gets rewritten to an address (rover.e b a y.com/rover/1/710-53481-19255-0/1?icep_ff3=2&pub=5574889051&toolid=10001&campid=5336525415&icep_item=111354036986&ipn=psmain&icep_vectorid=229508&kwid=902099&mtid=824&kw=lg) with variables which include the identifier for LFGSS

You are of course (annoyingly) right.
But the mobile app won't actually give me the URL, except as a bit.ly one!
If anyone with an apple phone can tell me how to get round this I'd be interested?
Before anyone suggests it I'm not going to use the eBay mobile site.

All these.
Hoping that these spesh ones do the trick. I get v painful balls of my feet after 50-70 miles depending on thickness of socks. Putting it down to 2 things:
Padding, naturally
Lack of arch support (I have high arches) forcing increased weight on to balls (euph intended)If these don't work, I'll look at other (more expensive) options. I figure it has got to be worth it to reduce the pain (in my balls).
These things worked a treat. Did 80 pain free miles on Saturday. Took a few miles to adjust to and got slightly numb toes for a bit but that cleared up in short order. Excellent purchase.

Having only just read this thread, I am now well pissed off that I wasn't aware that the hundreds of pounds I spent on bike shit recently could've earned some money for the site :(

Do copyeditors even job anymore?
Craft's Cool T Mesh base layer moulds to your body like a second skin, the soft and comfortable fabric gives you freedom of movement without chafing your skin. Whilst the high wicking fabric disperses moisture away from the skin.
In my imagination this was written by a skin fetishest in his murder room.

Who knew 2g of rubber could cost £10 :-)
When I needed nose bombs (who knew, etc.) for my Racing Jackets, I went into the Oakley store in Covent Garden and they gave me some plus ear socks for free. These days, people are asking $40-$50 for Racing Jacket nose bombs on ebay, so try not to lose them!

Just add 10 tubes to basket then add code.

A weird shooting pain down my entire leg has me questioning my dhb bibs. In addition I wanted some regular length ones. Hopefully these are cool:
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/de/de/castelli-3t-pro-bibshorts-2014/rp-prod118148I didn't really want the team ones but everyone says to size up and XL isn't available. The 3T branding isn't so extreme anyway.

It does work, but Amazon pays more for direct links to products than for a general link. In fact, it's weighed heavily against the general link, so even spending a fair amount only adds a very little (even by affiliate standards).
Still... even at such low rates, the whole premise of affiliates is that it does ultimately add up.
Put links in a private message to yourself :)
It achieves the same effect and is now fully private.
I just tried this, and don't get an affiliate link, just a normal link.
I'm probably doing it wrong

On a real computer, or a mobile? A lot of mobile sites use link shorteners (e.g. amzn.com), and the lfgss script doesn't know how to parse those

The link seems to be ok in normal posts, just not in PMs
