hi guys, i'm sadly here for some advice.
I recently bought a set of hubs from kal_xyo, met him in person to collect, briefly checked the bearings etc and left happy. Since then they've sat wrapped in the same bag he gave them to me in and I literally haven't looked at them for around a week or so as im a student and had 3rd year exams. Today I sat down to see about building them up and upon closer inspections of the front hub there is deformation to the flange. it also seems to have light tool marks from pliers or something in an attempt to reshape the flange.. I have messaged him about it but he immediately told me that the problem is mine and that they were perfect when he gave them to me... i sent a further message asking for a refund saying i will pay the postage back to him...and received an aggressive response saying stating he doesn’t care and it is all my problem…has anyone else had trouble with him? and is there anything to be done if he is simply shirking any responsibility?
