Bikes are good places to store your on-the-road saucage.

I know it's possible (I've ridden at 34kph for 24 hours #flexesguns), but I wouldn't be risking flights to find out you have a bad day.
I think 24 Hours is resonable.
Om not allowed tt kit. Otherwise id be going for 35kph of course.

You know its going to be epic when the map image is automatically scaled to include several countrys.

I'm sure a lot of you have garmin etc... but today I wanted to use Strava routes and then realized short of printing the route out I'd forget where I'm going.
After much googling, I found Co-Rider for iPhone. Allows import of GPX and has turn-by-turn navigation. This is much easier if you have android as you can just use Google MyTracks and import the GPX there.
Just incase anyone's interested :)

Am I just imagining this, or, before they changed all the ride / segment analysis pages, was there a screen where you could look at a specific segment and follow your speed / HR / cadence along the effort?
I know you can follow these across the whole ride in the 'analysis' screen, but you don't seem to be able to do it for a segment. Which is stupid (or I'm stupid and am looking in the wrong place).

It's still there. YOu need to click on analyse effort, form the secment popup when you scroll down on the main ride page.

#theyseemetrollinOh you can aim for 35kph alright but you won't get it without a car.
-
• #3161
^^But that only gives you it for the whole ride, not for the segment in detail?
You used to be able to see it for the segment alone and so you could see it in a closer zoom so to speak

Piece of piss.
I'm assuming not all 24 of these hours need to be done at the same time. Can I do 90 mins every other day over a month........?
Seriously though. The flight was much cheaper than a later one. Plus if I hit target and had to hang in Oslo for 12 hours for a later flight. I'd spend double the cost of the cheaper flight anyway. So its a calculated bet.

If you look at a segment drop down, underneath your time for that ride (rather than your PB in the leaderboard) on the top left is an 'analyze effort' button where you can see it zoomed into just that segment.

Thanks scoot! I'd seen that page before but somehow totally missed the bit I was looking for. I'm a 'tard

Has anyone used Strava Labs's Activity Feedback? You can see who you've passed by on your journeys http://labs.strava.com/flyby/

2 KOM and a 2nd place on my way into work yesterday morning. Think the turbo HR zone sessions are slowly working.

Well therein lies the challenge. Happens to be a beautiful area, too. But yes, I went up once, that was enough.

Need to stop cycling the same routes over and over but adding to it slowly, slightly different settings going to try work out a good setting and keep doing them over time.
Mid March.
Now.
Done with this.

I was going to say I'll smash that. But my big ride starts on the 28th.
I'd still get 15hrs in before midnight. So its well doable.

48hrs is a light month in Feb or March... but a bit much in June!
I'm tempted but I'd be wasted and probably a lot slower in July.

Wow, someone just took one of my running course records by running 4km at sub 3 minute kms, including crossing 2 busy roads, looks like it's their first time using strava, and there is nothing about such a decent runner on a google of their name, don't know whether to be massively impressed or call bullshit!
I like him already.
