  • IS it me or does Costa look like he has one of those faces?

  • Here comes his bespectacled cheerleader replete with pom pom and nike AirForce1s

    #OG

I was taking the piss, you belm...

  • ....errr so was I, ya four eye'd pommy twat.

Can anyone too old for the sand pit take any of that seriously??

  • Your never too old for the sand pit fes.

  • So first MG has us visualising TS as a cheer leader, then he introduces a sand pit and all I can see is TS dressed as a cheer leader playing beach volleyball.

  • TBF I'm waving bits of Stickle Brick® all over the joint.

    Here's a bus I made earlier:

  • Oh fuck!

Yep and England have better central defenders and goal keeper. You never know, it might work, but Roy is a little bit too cautious for this approach. Would be entertaining though

  • Difference is we haven't got Suarez to whack it up the pitch too...Welbeck and Rooney are dogshit

  • at least it'll be an entertaining 3 games

Hang on, was that bit of in-direct praise for a Liverpool player? Has being banned mellowed you out?

    And welcome back.

  • He's a crackin player but an utter shitcunt

  • Well, yeah.

  • I think playing a high tempo game in 30+ degrees with high humidity would work, especially during the heat of the day.

  • Lucozade have built a pitch in carary wharf that replicates the heat and humidity of Brazil.

Im playing with some friends in june some time. we booked a pitch. excited and nervous.

    Looks at Spain.
Looks at weather in Germany 2010.

  • Welcome Lambert?

An LFC fan (...no really....he was on our books as a kid before getting released to work his way back to the top from a beetroot factory). He'd walk on hot coals to come back, wouldn't be a know in the dressing room and credit to BR he'd offer a different proposition to the usual 5'00" between the lines player.

  • Since BR signed his contract there's supposedly £80M worth of offers sent out awaiting replies. I really hope this is true. It'd be nice to see lessons have learned from terrible transfer activities for years now. It's the one area we're lagging in.

  • Heard about the Lambert offer. Is he really what you're after though? Seems like you'd do better with a younger, slightly more creative player, but hey, knock yourselves out.

  • He's definitely no replacement for Suarez.

  • Also, rumours we're about to gazump you for Lallana.

  • Well he's a proven premier league goal scorer. For that money he's good value as cover in case the dynamic duo are injured or suffering a Euro hangover.

Its clear you've never seen him play. I've got absolutely no idea why you'd compare him to LS?? His style tends to be likened to andy carroll but he's miles ahead. He's way more skillful with better positional awareness scoring something like 34 pens on the bounce and can strike a free kick. Plus he pisses all over crouch for heading ability.
Did you not see the chelsea game? Everyone knows how we'll play now and will simply look to line up 2 banks so we need an alternative with a more of a physical presence and a different threat.

I'm (potentially) really happy that br isn't going all blinkered with just a plan A. I love that he's looked at things and developed.

  • Also, rumours we're about to gazump you for Lallana.

Gazump us? No....Not unless you think he's worth £30m in which case.
His price has been going up a million a day! There are better players on the continent for much less. We've got more than enough english players.
We'll offer what we think he's worth. That is all.
