@TM, that would have to be the forks dropouts that are not drilled straight as you can see in the pic, the space to the right of the rim is much bigger than the space to the left of the rim. Which is something I'd like to fix...

Sorry missed that, so have you unscrewed your nuts and seen if the wheel sits straight? Sometimes the nuts tug to one side.
