Fucking hell, quite frankly, I would not go back to that shop again if they did not know how to service a BB30 bottom bracket.

Especially when they don't have the necessary tools in the first place.

Sound like the frame is a write off now, time to get them to pony up for a new CAAD10, ensure the bike shop that you got the damage assessed to write down in details about what happen.
