Looks like I'm late to the botched BB30 installation party.
That really, really sucks.
Actually...I haven't. All mine have worked as well as to be expected. The CAADX had the standard FSA one replaced fairly quickly when it started to ping and pop, with a nice pair of token bearings which I think are still going strong despite a couple of cross season's best efforts - Laner has them now. They were stripped and rebuilt several times with no issues.
Bearings in the CAAD9 are from 2011 and still going strong.
