The two bike look like they're completely different size, I assumed it's just down to the tubing diameter?
Think the Peugeot is 62 seat tube, 60 top tube, with a 100mm stem, 42cm bars.
Cannondale (size 60) is 58 seat tube, with a 59 top tube, and 120mm stem, 44cm bars.
Shorter head tube too on the CAAD maybe. They both fit well. Pug could do with 44cm bars and a slightly longer stem, but I'm not fussed.
