When you're choosing to ride a carbon track frame around with carbon drops, you've go to go the whole hog and have it slammed or you end up with something that doesn't look great and doesn't ride great, you may as well have one or the other.
Judging by the lack of saddle - bar drop, I would guess your saddle is way too high too. Try lowering your saddle and you will be able to drop the bars too.
Or just do what people on this forum have been doing for years when riding track bikes around and put risers on it.
