rode about with the stem completely slammed and it was awful its not for me this is going to be my everyday bike so i had to make a choice either look cool or be comfortable, I spent the last three days riding around with different stem heights and this works best for me.

I'm not trying to troll or be rude, but did you consider comfort at all when you decided a track frame would be a good choice for city riding? And if you genuinely don't care about looking cool, why not get a Brompton?
Much more practical for the city, and you'll probably have the same saddle to bar drop.
My guess is that you're a bit more bothered about looking cool than you'll actually admit.
I quite like the Turbo on this build though, perhaps because it's the only part that doesn't look like it's trying too hard.
