Road Wheels & Road Wheel Recommendations?

I had a pair of 16/20 rs80's before the r500's and only had 2 broken spokes in about 2500 miles.
At 83kg, and set to be <80 by the middle of summer, I'm sure triple crossed cx rays on the rear and double crossed up front will be more than strong/stiff enough.

The guy who's going to be building them will all the important questions anyway before anything's agreed, but seeing that the 400's are meant to be hard as nails, Im not really worried. He's also only a few hours away on the train, so any problems arise It'll be easy to sort out

My guess is the builder will say extra spokes and go for the lighter 340 rims if you want to save weight.
