I've got a23's.. so not exactly a comprehensive review. Seem to dull the ride a bit and make brake setup a bit more of a pain in the arse. They make the ride smoother (lower psi can probably account for that), but I don't really notice any difference handling-wise over an open pro and the brake surface isn't nearly as solid.
That said - my deep section wheels have a narrower rim and there is a difference there, but they have 23's on so it's hardly a level playing field.
