CAAD10 built. All day in the bike kitchen. Eventual success. First geared bike put together myself. Still needs a few little tweaks and additions. Have only ridden it from Hoxton to Homerton, carrying 2 bags full of stuff and wearing hiking shoes, but she feels just right, size wise. 60cm with a 12cm stem for 6ft4. Could probably even try a layback post. Two bad photos for now. Some nice ones on Sunday maybe. Koobi PRS saddle is rad, purple Salsa seat collar is staying, silver post and black stem are perfect, and I put some older shiny XTR mountain bike quick releases on. Still love it.
