I cycled in Australia recently with no HRM, no Power, No Garmin, No Strava, No GPS, no electronics. It was quite pleasant. I got a little lost but found my way after a short detour.

I have phone recording on Strava to log miles and save routes I like for future reference, but on the ride I have it in a saddle bag and have no feedback except what my legs and the bike tell me, a much nicer way to ride.
