Hoping that these spesh ones do the trick. I get v painful balls of my feet after 50-70 miles depending on thickness of socks. Putting it down to 2 things:
Padding, naturally
Lack of arch support (I have high arches) forcing increased weight on to balls (euph intended)
If these don't work, I'll look at other (more expensive) options. I figure it has got to be worth it to reduce the pain (in my balls).
Did you get the foot shims as well? Using those is what normally cracks it for most people with the Spesh footbeds. Have a look at the Andy Pruitt method for determining which way to shim (+/-)
