Isn't there someone off the forum with a shop / stall there... hope they are unaffected.

Not sure what the latest is with development plans for there, but the cynic in me can't help feel that it is often places earmarked for bland redevelopment that mysteriously go up in smoke.

Fair question about redevelopment, only I thought that they just did a big refurb.
