Just FYI: Cannondale team rider on a 60cm frame with 120mm stem:

Emailed him and asked for some sizing tips. He's a bit shorter than me, used to ride a 58, now a 60, and says he's more comfy on the 60. I know everyone's fit is different, but found it interesting nonetheless. Was helpful.
