Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

I still dont understand the point of the hooded wind jacket? why is it £30 cheaper than the regualr wind jacket, is the material different making it a bit boil in the bag?

It's a different material I think, the hooded wind one looks more breathable but possibly less wind resistant
